Description
The terroir where the Trebbiano grapes grow has a wide temperature range, a natural consequence of the presence of the Cornia and Milia rivers, which meet here, circumscribing the area.
The grapes are harvested by hand from a loamy soil; careful selection follows.
Harvesting, carried out by hand and followed by careful selection of the bunches, takes place at different times in order to obtain a multiplicity of nuances capable of enhancing both freshness and aromaticity.
Ageing takes place for 9 months in ceramic amphora, which preserves the characteristics and purity of the Trebbiano.
Finally, the wine rests in the bottle for a further 3 months.
