In the cellar, vinification is carried out with indigenous yeasts; the wine is neither filtered nor clarified; modern technologies and archaic traditions are limited to not compromising the peculiarities that nature has bestowed on our grapes.
TerraVita’s vineyards include Sangiovese and Pugnitello varieties as well as French varieties: Grenache, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
